Monochromatic Pumpkin Pie hop

Today’s card is all about warm florals, strong contrast, and lots of lovely layers.

This design uses the Fragrant Layers stamp set with rich orange tones and deep brown leaves for a cozy, nature-inspired look. The layered layout helps the flowers really stand out while still keeping the design clean.

Basic Steps :

Create Your Card Base

Start with a card base in Basic white then add a pumpkin pie mat followed by another layer of basic white This helps frame all those bold colours beautifully.

Stamp & Colour the Flowers
On a separate piece of Basic White cardstock Stamp the large floral images in black ink and Colour them using orange shades for the petals and Use darker browns for the leaves and flower centres

Layer the Floral Panel

Trim your coloured floral panel and mat it onto a coordinating pumpkin pie mat Adhere this to the right side of the card front.

DSP Layer

Take your DSP and cut a strip for the left side and 2 panels to the top I used a new sneak peek called Garden Poetry 12x12 coming with the March Online exclusives.

Add the Sentiment

Stamp “Just a Note” onto a strip of white cardstock. Tie a small bow with natural twine and adhere under the sentiment. Attach it across the top portion of the card, slightly overlapping the background and floral panel. Add a flower to the left side (Ok I wont lie this flower is Cajun craze but it needed a flower and this one was on my desk and added it before I realized it wasn't pumpkin pie)

Finishing Touches
Add a few neutral embellishments or gems for subtle sparkle

This card is perfect for a sweet hello, thank you, or thinking of you note. Proof that flowers do not need to be pink to be fabulous

I had extra fun with card as I coloured the flowers in another amazing colouring class with mitosu crafts
