Monochromatic Hop – Featuring Gorgeous Grape!

This week’s monochromatic hop is all about Gorgeous Grape, and let me tell you… the second I saw the colour, my crafty brain immediately yelled, “Grab the LIGHT & WONDER bundle!” 🤣

The dies in this set are absolutely amazing, and they pair beautifully with the Winter Scene set. Together they make the perfect magical forest moment—complete with a hint of Northern Lights glow!

✂️ Basic Steps to Create This Card

1️⃣ Create Your Background

Start with Gorgeous Grape, cardstock for your card base then add layer of lights of aurora smaller then your card base

2️⃣ Die-Cut Your Trees

Using the Light & Wonder dies, cut multiple treeline layers in:
- Gorgeous Grape cardstock
- Basic Black cardstock
And cut snow bank and clouds in lights of aurora DSP

3️⃣ Add the Snowy Cabin

Die-cut circle for a cozy focal point.
Stamp your winter cabin and sentiment from the Winter Scene set onto Basic Black cardstock.
Emboss with white powder to make it pop!

4️⃣ Assemble the Layers

Adhere your die-cut treelines across the DSP /cardstock layer, creating a scene with hills and shadows.
Attach your embossed cabin circle on the left side with dimensionals.
Add your THANK YOU sentiment beside it.

5️⃣ Finishing Touches

Pop on a few embellishments
Optional: Add a little splatter or shimmer for extra nighttime sparkle!

💜 Final Thoughts

I had so much fun with this colour and this combo of sets! The dies do all the heavy lifting, and the purple palette makes it look like a magical winter evening.
