  Today our challenge is a sketch, my favorite!  I went a little out of the box for mine today in 2 different ways, 1 I used more sentiments and 2 I used a Christmas set as a Birthday set.   Today our Stamping Diversity design team is celebrating Hanukkah.  Im sharing about Hanukkah during WW2 For my card I featured a few different sets as I didnt have a Hanukkah set.  For my candles I used the inside part of the fence dies from Lazy days.   Today we are featuring some new online exclusives. As some know I love LOVE love Animals and cute cartoon ones are my favorite! So as soon as I seen this new set featuring cute animals I knew I was adding it, I paired with our new DSP which I believe is made with pastels.  For my card I wanted to try the Fracture Technique that has been going around. I used water painters to get a softer image for my stamp that paired with the DSP a little better then blends.  Blog Hop Index

  Today our team is showing off dry embossing.  I decided to go with Monkeys swinging and I used the  Twisted Rope 3D Embossing Folder on crumb cake to create the tree bark then  embossed the twisted rope folder on green and I fussy cut diagonally to create a vine for the monkeys to swing on.  And it really swings!!! I poked a small hole threw the vine then threw a dimensionals and the embossed crumb cake. I then added a brad so they can swing. I then adhered the crumb cake to the green.  Blog Hop Index
