Stampin’ Dreams Hop – Let’s Do the Bunny Hop 🐰🌸

This month’s Stampin’ Dreams Hop theme is “Let’s Do the Bunny Hop,” and I had so much fun pairing the Cutest Crew with the Easter Bunny set. I love combining sets to build a full little scene, and this one feels like a spring party in a basket.

The bright green top layer gives that fresh spring feel, while the striped and floral panels create the cutest little Easter basket. Add in that sweet bunny, chick, and those perched birds and it just makes me smile. Cheerful, layered, and perfectly hoppy.

Basic Steps:

  1. Card Base
Cut cardstock to 4 ¼ x 11. Score at 5 ½ and fold in half to create your card base.

  2. Background Layer
Add a bold green cardstock layer to the top portion of the card front to create a vibrant backdrop for your scene.

  3. Basket Panels
Cut striped DSP and coordinating floral DSP into panels to form the basket base. Adhere them side by side across the lower portion of the card front.

  4. Basket Details
Create and attach a basket handle using cardstock or die cut strips. Add a bow to the top centre of the handle for extra detail.

  5. Images
Stamp the bunny, chick, and birds. Colour them, then fussy cut or die cut. Adhere with dimensionals to build depth and dimension.

  6. Sentiment
Stamp the “Happy Easter” sentiment on a strip of cardstock and pop it up across the basket to finish the card.

Such a fun and playful Easter design. I love when a theme lets me go full bright and cheerful.
