Misty Moonlight Monochromatic Magic πŸ’™ Fern-tastic Layers!

This week’s Monochromatic Hop had me reaching straight for Misty Moonlight… because let’s be honest, blue never lets us down

I paired this dreamy shade with the NEW fern set coming next month and built up a soft layered look with circles, foliage, and just a hint of gold for that “I totally planned this elegance” vibe  Ferns really do all the heavy lifting… I just showed up with glue and snacks πŸ˜‚

Basic Steps:

  1. Card Base
Cut cardstock to 4 ¼ x 11. Score at 5 ½ and fold in half to create your card base. Add a Misty Moonlight mat layer.
  2. Background Layer
Die cut or punch 3 circle shapes in your DSP
  3. Layered Panels
Arrange your circles slightly overlapping toward the center of the card to create a focal area.
  4. Stamp & Colour
Stamp the fern images in and colour with Misty Moonlight. Fussy cut and layer them over the circles. Add a couple of butterflies for a soft finishing touch.
  5. Final Touches
Add your sentiment across the center, tuck in some gold thread behind it, and finish with a few embellishments for a little extra sparkle.

This one came together like a calm cup of tea… relaxing, a little fancy, and just what I needed πŸ’™ Don’t forget to hop along and see all the other monochromatic beauties!
