Global Design Project Card – Sneak Peek Fun 🌸✨

This week’s Global Design Project challenge case the designer was the perfect excuse to play with not one, but TWO brand new sets coming in March!

Even better, I made this card with my niece Tori, which automatically makes it extra special. Craft table giggles, paper scraps everywhere, and creative opinions flying… basically the best kind of day πŸ’•

I paired the adorable wishing well with those gorgeous florals and layered everything up for a soft but detailed look. A little gold, a little texture, and lots of happy wishes.

Basic Steps:

1. Card Base
Cut cardstock to 4 ¼ x 11. Score at 5 ½ and fold in half to create your card base.

2. Background Layer
Stamp the floral background stamp then colour a selected set of flowers

3. Layered Panels
Cut coordinating cardstock and DSP panels in varying widths. Mat them with a berry burst layer and adhere them down the centre in a staggered layout.

4. Stamp & Colour
Stamp the wishing well image and colour it with Blends, Fussy cut the image.

5. Add Texture
Wrap ribbon across the centre panel and tie it into a bow on the side. Then adhere the well to the card

6. Sentiment
Stamp the greeting on a small strip and adhere it across the well using dimensionals.

7. Finishing Touches
Add embellishments.

Creating along side with Tori makes every card sweeter. March releases plus crafting with my favourite little helper is definitely a win πŸ’•
