Recycle, Reduce & Reuse -New & Old Stamp Cases
We’re gonna have some fun with the new and the old stamp cases!
Yep, that’s right — we’re mixing vintage vibes with fresh new storage style. I even made a video for you to watch (because who doesn’t love a good crafty how-to?) — you can catch it here ๐ฅ
Now, let’s chat about what’s happening in Stampin’ Up! world…
Stampin’ Up! is saying goodbye to our beloved cling stamps (aka red rubber ๐ญ). I know, I know — cue the dramatic music. But with the switch to photopolymer comes a shiny new storage system: clear envelopes!
And guess what? Stampin’ Up! is even selling empty ones so you can convert your old sets into the new system.
Sounds amazing, right?
Buuuut... there’s a tiny catch.
These new organizers don’t come with the acetate layer to hold your stamps. And if you’re converting your old stamp cases, you’ll end up with a pile of empty cases just sitting there, mocking you from the craft shelf.
That’s where the 3 R’s (and an S!) come to the rescue — Recycle, Reduce, Reuse, and Save! ๐ฐ
All you need are your new cases, old cases, scissors, Tear n’ Tape, and some good ol’ Scotch tape.
Let’s give those old cases a second life and keep a few extra dollars in our crafty pockets — it’s a win-win for us and Mother Earth! ๐๐
Hope that helps give you an idea for the cheap.
