πŸ‹ Monochromatic Hop – Featuring Lemon Lolly! πŸ‹

Hey crafty friends! It’s time for another Monochromatic Hop, and this week we’re basking in the sunny glow of Lemon Lolly! ☀️ This cheerful color brings instant happiness to any project — like a little burst of sunshine on your craft table.

For today’s card, I paired Lemon Lolly with soft white embossing and some geometric layering for a bright and elegant look. Let’s dive into how you can recreate it!

✂️ Basic Steps

1️⃣ Start with your base:
Cut your card base to standard A2 size (5-1/2" x 8-1/2") and score at 4-1/4". and add a layer of Lemon Lolly card stock for a mat

2️⃣ Layer your background:
Take the white patterned DSP and lemon Lolly in using Blending brushes.

3️⃣ Add the middle strip:
Create a band across the center using the floral white DSP colour in the flowers wtih stampin blends then go over with lemon lolly ink using blending brush. adhere this to a white card base mat

4️⃣ Create your focal frame:
Die-cut two diamond shapes and flowers in Lemon Lolly. Overlap them for a layered effect that draws the eye right to your sentiment.

5️⃣ Stamp your sentiment:
Stamp “just a note” (or your favorite short sentiment) on a white die-cut label and adhere it to the center of your frame.

6️⃣ Finishing touches:
Add a couple of embellishments, and don’t forget a sprinkle of sparkle — because every Lemon Lolly card deserves to shine! ✨
