Feathered Fun with Pool Party – Monochromatic Hop Time! 💙

Hey there, my crafty flock! 🐦
It’s that magical time again — Monochromatic Hop Time! This week we’re taking a dip in the cool, refreshing shade of Pool Party. Ahhh… can you feel the calm yet? It’s like crafting while floating on a pool noodle with glitter in your drink. 😂✨

For my project, I grabbed the Feathered Fun set — because honestly, who can resist these adorable little birds? They’re just perched there like, “Yeah, we’re fabulous, what of it?”

Here’s how this card came together:

Base & Background
- Start with a standard white card base.
- Layer it with black cardstock for a crisp frame
- Take your Pool Party DSP and randomly cut it up to create a fun, modern design.
  Tip: Keep your pieces laid out like a puzzle so they don’t get mixed up
The Stars of the Show — Our Feathered Friends
- Cut a circle and stamp some flowers on it
- Stamp those cute little birds from Feathered Fun and give them some life with your Pool Party blends.
- Fussy cut and perch them right on your circle. Add some "Branches" by cutting out some card stock strips and layer them under the birds.
Details, Details, Details!
- Add a few white leafy die-cuts behind the circle layer for texture and dimension.
- Wrap a white ribbon across the card and tie a neat bow — because bows make everything better.
- Pop on your “Make a Wish” sentiment — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or just because.
Finishing Touches
- Sprinkle on a few iridescent sequins or gems because, let’s face it, sparkle is a crafting essential. 💎
