Monochromatic Friday – Featuring Coastal Cabana

It’s Friday, which means it’s time for another Monochromatic Hop! This week’s color is one of my favorites – Coastal Cabana. I decided to pair it with a touch of gold for a fun and elegant twist.

For today’s project, I used the brand-new Petal Arrangements Stamp Set (available next month!). I love how versatile this set is, and it looks amazing in Coastal Cabana.

Basic Instructions

1. Card Base – Normal white card base and add a Coastal Cabana layer 4 x 5 1/4 

2. white  Layer  – 5 1/8x 3 7/8 Stamp the floral images from the Petal Arrangements set in black on Basic White cardstock colour using water colour pencils.

3. Center Panel – Cut a strip of Coastal Cabana cardstock and stamp your sentiment and heat emboss it in white stamp the flowers again in coastal cabana colour with white water colour pencils.

4. Gold Accent – Add a thin strip of Gold Foil above and below the sentiment panel.

5. Assemble – Layer everything onto the card base and adhere.

6. Finishing Touch – Add embellishments bees for a little sparkle top of with a gold pen.
