July Challenge Collage

Welcome to today’s creative journey! This card was born from another fun collage challenge hosted by my amazing West Coast team. These monthly prompts always stretch my creativity in the best ways — and this time, I found myself really drawn to the clean lines, curves, and overlapping patterns in our inspiration board.

I wanted to play with bold shapes and vibrant layers, so I reached for the Sunshine Vibes stamp set and embraced a mix of colours and textures that took me completely out of my usual comfort zone. This card is bright, fun, and totally unique — and it’s the kind of project that reminds me why I love crafting in the first place.

Basic Instructions:

Prepare Your Card Base:
Start with a basic white card base (4¼" x 5½") and a black mat layer to create a bold frame for your panel.
Stamp the Background:
Use various elements from the Sunshine Vibes set to build a graphic background. I went with vibrant inks.
Create the Sentiment Circle:
Stamp the sun and then sentiment “Sending Good Vibes” on a die-cut circle rom spotlight of nature. I layered it with black really help it pop!
Add Dimension & Details:
I added foam tape to lift the sentiment off the background and used black dots to add movement and balance.
Assemble Everything:
Once the background is stamped, adhere the sentiment and mount the whole panel to your card base. Done!

This card is such a playful reminder that sometimes creativity lives right outside your usual style. Don’t be afraid to try something new — whether that’s a different colour palette, layout, or theme.
