Monochromatic Hop – Poppy Parade

Monochromatic Hop – Poppy Parade Fun with Toadstools & Ladybugs
It’s Friday, which means it’s time for another Monochromatic Hop with my fabulous Crafty Collaborations team!
This week our feature color is the bold and beautiful Poppy Parade ❤️. I couldn’t resist using the playful Terrific Toadstools and adding a few charming little ladybugs for extra cuteness.

This bright, cheerful color really makes the whimsical mushroom scene pop, and it’s the perfect design for sending a quick “just a note” to someone special.
Basic Instructions
Card Base –
Start with a standard A2 card base in Basic White.

Background Layer –
Cut a piece of Poppy Parade cardstock slightly smaller than your base. Use a leaf-pattern embossing folder or stamped design to create texture.

Circle Panel –
Die cut a large circle from Basic White and a slightly larger stitched circle frame for layering.

Toadstools & Ladybugs –
Stamp your toadstools in Poppy Parade and Old Olive inks, then die cut or fussy cut them. Add the ladybugs for a fun pop of contrast.

Sentiment –
Stamp “Just a Note” on a small stitched rectangle and attach near the bottom of the scene.

Finishing Touches –
Add a few rhinestones or sequins for sparkle, then adhere all layers to your card base.

A cheerful color, adorable critters, and a touch of sparkle – everything I love in a card!๐Ÿž๐Ÿ„
