Technique Tuesday Masking

Grab a cup of a tea and enjoy our Blog Hop with Crafty Collaboration team. Our team is made up of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world who love sharing there creations. 

This month theme is masking. I used our painted poppies set, adding layer and layers of flowers to create a field of flowers. 

Using our masking paper, I stamped the image on the paper and cut out the shape as close to the image as possible. Stamp your image on card stock and then cover it with masking paper that you have cut out stamp over top repeat to create the look. 

For the flower layering look I find 2 flower mask are the most helpful so can layer/protect all sides. 

I have cut down my masking paper and store it in one of our standard stamp cases.
