Stamping Diversity Design Team

This month the Stamping Diversity Design Team is raising awareness of invisible disabilities and mental illness!
As someone with one I often say if I had a cast or bandage wrapped around me id receive better care and more understanding but because you cant see my diagnoses my suffering is often over looked and pushed to the side.
After years of suffering my health has taken a big turn downhill and things are becoming harder and harder so for my card today I went with the spoon theory.
The spoon theory explains that people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, and disability have limited energy resources and also expend more energy on everyday tasks (like getting dressed, preparing meals, or even socializing.) than people without illness and disability. In spoon theory, spoons represent both the physical and mental load required to complete tasks.
