Card swap little monkeys swinging by

This weekend bunch of demonstrators on the Island were lucky to gather with our DM (Demonstrator Development Manager) of Canada Genevieve Ko for an in person event. Our theme was 'Share what you love'

For the last few years of taking amazing classes with Berry & Jay from Mitosu Crafts and each time they attend evets they show us there swaps, so they inspired me to join some swaps for my 1st amazing Stampin up event.

For my card swap I used a new set called Little Monkey that is coming in the new catalog that is available May 2nd (2023) and is so cute and fun. The 2 monkey are coloured using bleneds in the a new colour called pecan pie.

I used 1 inch x 8 1 1/2 inch  strips of card stock in granny apple green, shaded spruce, and garden green for the back, I glued the garden green first to the then placed the next one on and traced a pencell mark lightly on both sides and added glue then place the cardstock on and trip the card sock of the edge.

the White card stock later is 3x 4 1/4  I used natural colour bleneds 300 for the branch, and old olive and granny apple green. Layered it on top of Daffodil delight cardstock  3 1/8 x 4 3/8 Adhere this layer to the card. Stamp and Add the monkey's on dimensionals then stamp and colour bananas in daffodil delight add bananas also on dimensionals, and the sentiment's.

Stamping all the monkeys                      Fussy cutting all the monkey's & bananas with snuggles
